Amazing place. The location is the best for the Christmas market. You are in the center of all the activities. Everyone was making pictures of this hotel, because the building is gorgeous and was lighted very tasteful ! Very friendly staff, perfect breakfast , the bed is heavenly comfortable. We did not have a chance to try the restaurant, so dreaming about coming back to this very comfortable room and experience the hotel for a longer period. Thank you so much for a nice gift and fantastic hospitality !

The hotel is very well kept, comfortable and authentic. The personnel is excellent, savvy and very helpful as well as very pleasant. The room I stayed in was equipped with a very comfortable bed and a vast and very modern bathroom , all with beamed ceiling. The breakfast offered a big choice and the personnel was very helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open the day I stayed.

If you leave something in the room you do not know you will get your belongings back. I had something stolen by the cleaning staff but at the receptiondesk they told me that if I can not proof it, it did not happen. I was really disapointed by this approach. To me a hotel is a place were I can feel at home, being in good hands. I feel angry and defenseless!

A beautiful hotel with very spacious suites in the center of the old town. We had a suite in the building behind the main building where you had to cross a small street. The room is spacious with a separate area where there is a sofa and TV. The sleeping area is large with a lovely bed and adjoining bathroom, which is also very spacious. In the garden are a few seats that you can use. The mini-bar is well stocked with, among other things, a nice beer and a beautiful wine from Alsace. The hotel has five small covered parking spaces that you must reserve in advance. One of the parking spaces is equipped with a charger for an electric car. With an SUV or, for example, a Tesla, it is a challenge to get in and out. The breakfast is good but not special. Unfortunately, the one-way route to the buffet was not clear to every guest. All in all, a beautiful hotel, with very clean and spacious rooms and very friendly staff in a great location.

good middle class hotel in the very centre of colmar only a few footsteps away from the cathedral. rooms are quite spacy and got soundproof windows, even if the street in front of the hotel is not very buisy. staff at reception is very helpful and efficient. the breakfast buffett nice and really more than ok. - we already have stayed once in this hotel and we will come back for sure.

This was our 3rd stay on 19th September in this hotel on 3rd floor and we love it. The reason is that it is always impeccably clean. Beds have mattress toppers so the sleep quality is good. Cushions are also of good quality. Sheets are snow white made of Egyptian cotton (high quality) bathrooms is clean, towels new, good quality. We book rooms on higher floors so the views are better. Air conditioning is working perfectly and most important very quiet. A guest can adjust the A/C temperature according to preference. Parking spaces available for all customers. Location is great as it gives easy access to motorways either travelling South or North direction. Girls in the reception are lovely, all speak good English. I would rate this hotel at least 4* Many thanks.

Très bel hôtel. Bon accueil. Rien à redire. Notre chambre était petite, mais très jolie. Suffisant pour y passer une nuit. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, car nous étions à 5 minutes à pieds du marché de Noël. Bien que l’hôtel soit proche du centre ville, nous étions au calme. Il faudrait juste penser pour la prochaine fois à réserver le parking à l’avance, car il était complet à notre arrivée.

Lokasinya sederhana, dan sembilan minit dari stesen kereta api, belok kiri dan berjalan kaki kira-kira sembilan minit ke tarikan Colmar. Hotel dua bintang ni ok. Saya tidak tahu mengapa terdapat banyak ulasan buruk. Saya bimbang untuk masa yang lama sebelum saya mengembara. Infrastruktur di sini lengkap, bilik air tidak kecil, ada penghawa dingin dan balkoni kecil. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ia berdekatan dengan landasan kereta api, dan bunyi kereta api yang lalu-lalang itu tidaklah kecil. Tetapi pada dasarnya ia boleh diabaikan, kerana pada dasarnya tiada kereta api malam di Perancis. Boleh pindah masuk!

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of the old town and the various markets. Whilst having smallish rooms, they are modern, clean and quiet and with comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly and speak English and the buffet breakfast is all that you could want (but not if you like a full English!). Altogether a very pleasant stay

Delightfully restored property, only criticism of our room is that the mood lighting in both the bathroom and bedroom was awful for one to put make up on. We stayed 3 nights and on 3rd day bathroom supplies were not replenished. Friendly efficient staff, good breakfast. Wonderful location.

Family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). Had a family room. Room had a loft with two beds and then a main sitting area with another bedroom adjoining. The pros: - Breakfast: Fresh croissants on your table, buffet spread of yogurt, cereal, fruit salad, two kinds of ham, 3 kinds of cheese, juices. Plenty of food choices for everyone to be happy. - Walk to the walking area of Colmar was short and easy. The cons: - Not a good choice room-wise when it is hot. Was around 90 each day we were there. Room not air conditioned so the loft in particular was almost unbearable at times. Opening the windows, especially in the evening did help cool things down but there are no screens on the windows or terrace door, so that allows a lot of bugs in. They did provide one fan. When we asked for a second, they said we could have it for one night but they had to take it away the second night to give to someone else (which they did). I guess maybe we should have known to ask for it in advance? i don't know. Seemed bizarre to have it committed already somehow. So, our experience at the hotel was greatly colored by the whole temperature situation. - Bathroom is small (not necessarily a negative). Tub is extremely high though. Was dangerous getting out and trying not to slip. Overall hotel is nicely kept, staff is nice, The distance from the train station was a bit far but we knew that when we chose it and we still did the trek back and forth twice, so it obviously wasnt that bad.

#好評#對浴室清潔度，職員態度，浴室，鄰近店舖滿意；我们两大两小定了四人间，到了酒店前台办入住礼貌微笑的让我们补一个人的差价，老公也是礼貌微笑抬杠到底，后来没补一分钱，房间不大，但是床睡着很舒服，走了一整天睡这个床很解乏。淋浴和厕所是分开的，给我们很方便。酒店位置离科尔马老城还是有距离的，自驾住这边挺方便，毕竟科尔马玩儿一天足够了，如果没有车不建议住这里。

Die Mitarbeiter konnten unsere Buchung nicht finden, weder mit Name noch mit Bestätigung-Nr. Wir sagten, wir haben mit trip.com gebucht. Wir hatten Bestätigung-Mail und ein Login auf trip.com mit der Bestätigung. Wir warteten dann ca 20min, bis der Rezeptions-Mitarbeiter zu uns kam und meinte, er habe die Buchung gefunden, wir hätten ihm falsche Infos gegeben, wir hätten mit „niki-travel“ gebucht. Aber anstatt für uns nun das Check-in zu machen und eine Zimmerkarte zu geben, verabscheidete sich der Mitarbeiter in den Feierabend. Wir mussten dann erneut in der Warteschlange hinter ca 20 Gästen fürs check-in beim neuen Mitarbeiter anstehen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.

This was our 3rd stay on 19th September in this hotel on 3rd floor and we love it. The reason is that it is always impeccably clean. Beds have mattress toppers so the sleep quality is good. Cushions are also of good quality. Sheets are snow white made of Egyptian cotton (high quality) bathrooms is clean, towels new, good quality. We book rooms on higher floors so the views are better. Air conditioning is working perfectly and most important very quiet. A guest can adjust the A/C temperature according to preference. Parking spaces available for all customers. Location is great as it gives easy access to motorways either travelling South or North direction. Girls in the reception are lovely, all speak good English. I would rate this hotel at least 4* Many thanks.

L'hôtel est situé en périphérie de la ville, près de la voie rapide mais l'endroit est calme. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais correctement agencées. La literie est bonne et la chambre propre. Nous y avons passé une bonne nuit. Et en quelques minutes, on se trouve en plein centre de Colmar, bien pratique Le personnel de chambre est à l'écoute des besoins du client. A l'accueil, tout dépend sur qui on tombe. Nous avons eu une dame charmante qui nous a conseillé un chouette coin pour nous balader. Une autre fois, c'est à peine si nous avons eu un bonjour. Dommage !!!

Amazing place. The location is the best for the Christmas market. You are in the center of all the activities. Everyone was making pictures of this hotel, because the building is gorgeous and was lighted very tasteful ! Very friendly staff, perfect breakfast , the bed is heavenly comfortable. We did not have a chance to try the restaurant, so dreaming about coming back to this very comfortable room and experience the hotel for a longer period. Thank you so much for a nice gift and fantastic hospitality !

Wife and I were here for 2 nights in Nov. The hotel was located just 2 blocks from the train station. It was an easy straight walk to get here. Our check in process was friendly and simple. We were given a wonderfully decorated room with plenty of space. Our room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were pretty good with a nice hair dryer. WiFi worked great through out our stay. From the hotel we were able to walk to everything we needed to see in Colmar. There was also a Monoprix just about a 6 minute walk from the hotel which was convenient. The kitchen area serves all day drinks that was included (coffee & tea) which was nice. The kitchen also has plenty of plates and cups and utensils which we used every night to have dinner. Staffs were all masked up and they checked our Pass Sanitaire. We were here during the time when there were Xmas Market shuttles for all the small towns around Colmar leaving from in front of the train station. We utilized it for Equisheim and Turckheim. Breakfast was wonderful here every morning with lots of options. The hotel was pricey, I am glad the price matched the amenities and services. The hotel kept saying they didn't pre-charge me for the tourist tax before hand. but no matter what I do to convert the charges that was charged 6 days before arrival. The prices just don't line up, and it was roughly the 5 Euros tourist tax. I paid it anyways since 5 Euros isn't worth the time to argue. When we got home, my bank told me the total price in Euros they charged which included the tourist tax. So, I suppose they over charged me by 5 Euros, oh well. Somewhere there was either a mistake or miscommunication. Overall it was a wonderful hotel and we had 2 great night sleep. We will be back again.
