Hotel terbaik di Kumamoto

Convenient location to JR, I would expect more however with hotel at this price point- their gym only has three cardio machines, their onsen is small compare to cheaper price hotel. front door entrance is hard to find as well. There is a bit of noise from JR downstairs. Curtain doesn’t really work and someone need to come fix it at night.

A very nice, modern hotel in the heart of the Kumamoto shopping district - very convenient location, right at the cross section of the two major covered shopping thoroughfares. Check-in only at 3pm and is an automated check-in/check-out system. Staff are very helpful and friendly. At check-in, you are free to choose your amenities from a very wide selection, including bath salts, face cleanser, moisturizer, coffee, green tea, etc. There is a giant tv in the room. No bottled water is provided. The room offers a full robe (short yukata and pants!). The rooms itself are very modern and renovated. There are two Family Marts and a 7-11 within a block of the hotel, as well as many dining and retail options within short walking distance. It is about a 15 minute walk to Kumamoto Castle and a 30 minute walk to Kumamoto Station.

Love that! we are 3 person stay only one night. cozy bed! Walk to the mall only 5 minutes far! Staff very very friendly, fair English you can understand. I thing need to attention, we drive our own but the car park only for small car 1.55m tall, so u need to pay yourself and park at outside parking lot which just behind the hotel. Staff will point to you and how to pay. We parked around 15 hours, ¥1500. Overall Great stay for us. If next time we will come again, would definitely stay here again!

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan terminal trem dan bas. Terdapat juga banyak tempat makan di sekitar. Terdapat pasar raya perniagaan hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari hotel, tepat di seberang terminal bas. Barang di dalamnya sangat murah. Minuman hampir separuh daripada harga sebuah kedai serbaneka. Tempat tidur di hotel sangat besar, dianggarkan 1.8 meter. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan. Kami meletak kenderaan selama 1 malam dan hanya membayar 1,000 yen. Untuk sarapan, kerana wabak, bilik dengan sarapan telah ditempah, tetapi ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya diberitahu bahawa ia dibatalkan buat *****tara waktu kerana wabak itu. Oleh itu, setiap orang mengembalikan yuran sarapan sebanyak 880 yen sehari. Sudah tentu, tidak ada cara untuk menangani wabak ini. memahami. This hotel is located within a short walking distance from the Kumamoto station. From the JR bstation exit it is on the left, just beside the Bic Camera store next. There is also a streetcar/tram stop so near the hotel which you can use to explore the city touristy spots! Shopping is convenient as the Kumamoto AMU Plaza (see another Review) is 5-mins walk away. The lobby is quite spacious and I quite like the intimate setting and lighting. Check-in was fast and 3 lifts serve well with travellers + luggages. The room design is quite standard and we have requested for x2 single bed, the room size is respectable. Noted that they're still using the physical hard key and not the keycard type. Hottel provided some amenities and complimentary bottled water in the room, sufficient for us . The Hotel is very into Going Green, there will be no housekeeping within first 3-days unless requested upon. This may likely be the model moving forward, to cut wastages. We had our breakfast at the nearby Pronto. The Kitaoka Shrine is just about 400 metres nearby, opposite direction of JR station so we recommend to drop by if time permits. A good stay experience. J

We took Highway Bus (2.5hr) from Fukuoka Airport to Kumamoto Sakuramachi Bus Terminal. Koko Hotel is directly connected to the bus terminal. Hotel was opened in June 2022 and there were now clear signages to Koko Hotel as we alighted from the bus. We took escalator to the 2F and take the lift to the 14F where the Hotel lobby is. From the lobby, we get a clear view of Kumamoto Castle. Our Superior Twin Room is very spacious and comfortable. We paid Y32,310 for 2 nights. It is 10 mins walk to the Castle, and 10 mins taxi ride to Kumamoto Station. Amu Plaza next to Kumamoto Station has plenty of eateries. Sakuramachi has Family Mart, restaurants and shops.

Very convenient location right opposite to the main bus station where there is a big shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. The hotel is also 15 minutes walk away from the main tourist spot Castle 熊本城. 非常樂於助人且友善的前台工作人員始終面帶微笑。屋頂的溫泉很棒，尤其是室外池。我喜歡他們晚上 9:30 後供應的拉麵，這是享受溫泉後的好時機。如果你在日本住過足夠多的飯店的話，房間大小還算合理。清潔和整潔令人印象深刻。早餐很好，但喜歡看到更多西式選擇。總的來說，我喜歡這家酒店並且會更願意再次住在那裡。

My wife and I stayed at the Nikko Kumamoto from 1/5/2023- 3/5/2023 on our second leg of the kyushu trip after a disastrous stay at Nikko Huis Ten Bosch( that I posted on another review). The hospitality was a complete turnaround . We arrived by taxi from the kumamoto station and upon arrival at rhe entrance, there was.a guest officer to help us unload and wheel in our luggage to the check in lobby. Throughout our stay whenever we stepped into or walked by the guests officers, they would greet us and acknowledge us. Despite the language barrier, I was especially touched by the sincere efforts of one of your male guests officer who wore glasses. I had intially wanted to visit Mount Aso but did not know how to go there using public bus. So one one evening I walked to the guest relations desk and stated my intentions and request for more info. I could tell the officer had difficulty trying to communicate in English but he was trying very hard to get the information across. Throughout our stay were given maps and shown by pen and drawings whenever we had questions to a location ie ramen restaurant while waiting for check in, where to shop for sneakers etc I really appreciated the hospitality and guidance despite the language barrier. We hope to be back in future and keep up the good work! I hope the nikko mgmt team can transfer this consistency to your other chains ie( nikko huis ten bosch which clearly lacks such direction ). I really hope when ever I'm in japan I can go back to a nikko
