One of our BEST EVER hotel stays!!! Thanks to Brandon for making our stay extra good. The staff was absolutely fantastic!! Every aspect of our stay here was amazing!! We had our daughter's wedding at La Sure's and staying here made it so convenient! Breakfast was delicious!! This was the best hotel stay we have ever had, and we have stayed at many across the world. Thank you to the staff for making it a wonderful wedding weekend!!! Everything was perfect!!!

I booked a room for two nights, for myself and my three children. We were headed to Oshkosh to visit family. ”Budget” motel should not equal ”unsafe dump”. The room reeked of smoke, the walls had a brown and red substance smeared on it, the floors were gritty and the bed linens were filthy. The window looked as though it had been licked by a pack of dogs. I complained to a housekeeper who cleaned the room for me - with my help - while my children stood in the doorway. There was not a different room available. I helped because we needed to hurry and get in the room; we had been on the road for hours. I *****ped and made a bed and wiped the floor down. The housekeeper suggested I talk to the owner, Tony, about a discount. I asked for Tony. He came out and confirmed he was Tony, the owner. When I started to explain the situation he said that he actually was not Tony. I said ”of course you are, you already said that. We'd like a discount or one of our nights free.” He said he wouldn't do that and told us that we were ”lucky just to have a room.” After there were other people in the lobby who were listening in he finally agreed to a refund. We had to find a new place to stay and didn't end up checking into a hotel until 10:30 pm, tired, hungry and having spent more money than we planed on. A van by the river would've been a better choice. I'm posting this on every website I can find, plus sending this review to the department of health.

Hotel was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Hotle staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Bar staff was very nice, attentive, efficient and friendly. Proximity to convention center was great. Restaurant needs some help; breakfast hour was not that busy and the food was somewhat dry. Overall the stay was very good.
