酒店略舊。但是去黃石的路上也找不到新一點的酒店了。周圍有Walmart還是很方便的。酒店沒有早餐

We’ve stayed at a Comfort Inn before and had no problems. This time it was very disappointing! We stayed here one night on our way to Rapid City, SD. Good: Soft sheets and towels Good breakfast Pet friendly Awful: We were in a room on the first floor near the side exit door. -When we entered our room it smelled like smoke. As if it use to be a smoking room. -There was dust on the furniture, lamps etc. The desk had a sticky residue all over it. -Carpet was stained, gross and desperately needs replaced! Looks like it hadn’t been shampooed in a long time! -There were many dark marks on the walls and areas covered with grime. Desperately needs repainted. -The towel rack above the toilet and the shower curtain rod is about to fall down. -The furniture is outdated and the chair has seen better days. -The desk chair right arm was broken. -I’ve included pictures of all these issues in my TA review. -When we checked out we could not find anyone at the front desk. So we just put the keys on the counter. We did finally see the front desk ladies as they were out front having a smoking break. We were suppose to stay here again later in a June but cancelled. We are not staying here again. We booked a room down the street at another hotel. There are other hotels in this town! I booked a room at the Comfort Inn because it received 4 out of 5 dots from Trip Advisor. I don’t understand how this hotel has a rating if a 4 with rooms in this condition! As we were checking out I noticed they are remodeling a few rooms on the first floor. I did my research and read all the poor reviews on TA. I read a few other guests mentioned the same problems we had in the same room back in 2015.
